Terms of Use
To ensure the public safety and security of the hotel, guests are required to observe the following rules in accordance with Article 12 of the Accommodation Agreement. If these rules are not observed, we may refuse to continue your stay in accordance with Article 13 of the Accommodation Agreement.
Do not use irons, heating appliances, cooking appliances, or other fire-producing devices in hallways or guest rooms.
Do not smoke in places where fire hazards may occur, such as in bed.
Do not engage in loud singing, boisterous behavior, or any other conduct that may cause displeasure or inconvenience to other guests.
Do not bring the following items into hallways or guest rooms.
a) Animals, birds
b) Items with extremely foul odors
c) Excessively large quantities of items
d) Explosives, volatile oils, or other flammable or combustible materials
e) Firearms or swords not legally permitted for possession
Do not engage in gambling or acts that disturb public morals in hallways or guest rooms.
Do not allow unauthorized outside visitors into guest rooms or allow them to use the facilities and furnishings.
Do not receive visitors in guest rooms.
Do not use guest rooms or the lobby as an office or place of business.
Do not use the facilities and furnishings in hallways or guest rooms for purposes other than their intended use.
Do not take hotel furnishings outside the hotel or move them to other locations within the hotel.
Do not attach foreign objects to hotel buildings or facilities, or modify their current condition.
If buildings, furnishings, or other items are damaged, soiled, or lost due to reasons other than force majeure, you may be required to pay appropriate compensation.
Do not hang items in the window that may detract from the hotel's exterior appearance.
Do not distribute advertising materials to other guests within the hotel.
Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the hotel lobby or other areas.
Do not enter non-guest areas such as stairwells, rooftops, and mechanical rooms unless in an emergency or unavoidable circumstances.
Do not order food or beverages for delivery from outside the hotel.
For long-term stays, payment shall be made every 3 days. If the bill exceeds 30,000 yen within 3 days, payment shall be made upon request by the hotel.
Please notify the front desk in advance if you wish to change the planned length of your stay.
If you wish to extend the planned length of your stay, please settle the bill for the period prior to the extension.
Payment by check and currency exchange are strictly declined.
Unless otherwise specified, the storage period for deposited items and lost-and-found items from the date of departure shall be as follows.
a) Items deposited at the front desk: 1 month
b) Lost-and-found items: 6 months
We do not advance payment for airline, train, or sightseeing bus tickets, taxi fares, postage stamps, shipping charges, etc.
Unaccompanied minors will not be accommodated unless express permission from a parent or guardian is provided.
